My computer and everything is lost, like for good.

Now that I have some money to spend, I am looking to buy a new computer that would be the best for art and illustration and whatnot.

so, any suggestion?

also, what would be the best way to put my art on the web, efficiently, cheaply, and without losing the value of the art itself?

can i ask u why you put your stuffs in scraps? the way i see it lots of 'em are a finished piece and really nice too....or are u intend to do more perfecting later?
